Question: Ive seen this most of my life!?
People say they're floaters but I don't think so!. My eyes water easily in most wind or air conditioning and since 5th grade I've seen these clear dots or long bumpy lines that are brownish blackish compared to the clear dots but it looks like an inch!. When I look at the sky I see these clear things (a lot of them) moving in the sky like mosquitos!. My eyes never really hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the other answer it does sound like floaters which are just changes in the vitreous (the gel inside your eye)!. Floaters are normal and very common although some people are more aware of them than other people!. Very common to see them when you look at the sky, you're not focusing on anything specific so your brain focuses on the floaters!. Make an effort to see an eye doctor if you think they are getting worse or if you see a curtain or veil blocking your vision!. Lastly, watery eyes in wind or air conditioning try warm compresses in the evening to open the tear glands on your eyelids to produce better tears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yup, floaters!.
They will usually break up into smaller less visible particles with time!.
Try not to think about them!.
