Okay!.!.!.If it is not serious or if its an allergic reaction than you can use just cool water to restrict blood vessels in the eye!. Artificial tears also help ease the stress put on the eye (So I guess some sort of eye drops should help)!.!.!.If its serious then you have no choice but to take antibiotics or antihistamines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
