Likely to be lower but not something you can guess at yourself! You need to book in for a fitting with an Optometrist or Contact Lens Fitter, take a copy of your recent sight test prescription with you!. You may not be suitable for lenses at all and not just due to the strength of your prescription, there are many other considerations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
