Many would not worry about having one eye's performance down a bit, as the other covered perfectly well!.
But if it's the dominant eye with the poorer vision, glasses might make more of a difference!. And for some hobbies and sports (Archery!?, clay pigeon shooting!?) the little extra binocularly could make a big difference!.
Bit one point hasn't ben covered: until you have a full check, it hasn't been settled that the slightly reduced vision is from a missing Rx!.
That's by far the most likely, but a small cataract, macular damage, amblyopia!.!.!.
All reduced vision isn't simply "needing glasses " by any means!.

At this point, you see the better of the 2 eyes not the average!. So, with both eyes open you probably see a fuzzy 20/20!. No, you don't need glasses, but if you go to the doctor and he/she prescribes them, then at least you have them when you want them!. You could have a slight astigmatism which affects both distance and near!. Have your eyes checked now so that you can have a base line from which to judge in the future!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is really up to you!. My right eye has normal vision and my left eye is at 20/50!. My left eye was at 20/40 when I was your age and I did not start wearing corrective lenses on a regular basis until I was almost 30 years old!. I did not want to wear them and my right eye was able to compensate for my left eye!.

i wouldn't worry about it, i got glasses and contacts when i didn't really need them, i just wanted them!. (mainly for looks, colored contacts ;) ) and yeah use may need them!. I would go to the eye doctor, don't get 'um unless you really need them tho!. :) good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely don't need glasses!. As someone else stated, you'll probably be seeing a fuzzy 20/20!. The only reason you'd obtain glasses, is to make it perfectly clear!. Or to style yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
