someone already said it but the answer is often stress and/or caffeine!. Take a bath if you want to, but use a warm compress on your eyes for relaxation and cut back on the caffeine!. Itching is a seperate problem often associated with allergies!. try artificial tears or over the counter allergy drops for the itching then see an eye doctor if it persists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
