Excuses for glass frame exchange?!


Question: Excuses for glass frame exchange!?
I got this glass frame yesterday, I am pretty sure it's refurbished, I need some good excuses to get an exchange for the frame!. Any advice!? 10 points for best answer will be given!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are there marks on it !?

If there are marks, or scratches on it, you can ask for it to be replaced, and any reputable place will do it!.
