Do i need glasses all my life?!
Question: Do i need glasses all my life!?
I got glasses this year and i was wondering if i will need them all my life im short sighted will they ever get better is there any chance!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't feel bad!. Glasses can be replaced with contact lens and eventually Lasik can repair your eyes!.
I was 12 or 13 when I needed glasses!. I got contact with a pair of glasses for when i needed to take them out!. I had pimples, braces, and a huge nose and then GLASSES!! i was not a pretty sight!. So i begged mom for Contacts - got them!. I went to the dermologist and got rid of the pimples!. Had my nose fixed at 18 and Lasik at 38!. of course the braces came off too!. Viola! I was beauty to behold baby!!

For most people yes but it is possible to discard them for good!.
You can improve your vision by doing eye exercises (there are several of these available on the net) and by taking regular breaks when you are on the computer and doing near work!.
Taking your distance glasses off when doing close work can stop your vision from getting worse as it helps prevent eyestrain!.
Also try using undercorrection (eg if you have a -1!.00 prescription, use a -0!.75 lens) as it encourages the eyes to help bring into focus a blurry object naturally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some types of nearsightedness can be corrected using laser surgery!. If you are under 18 then you must wait until adulthood when you stop growing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no in fact they will get worse as you get older!.!.!.but have no fear you can get la-sic surgery which gets rid of your short-sighted-ness for ever!!!!!!!!!!!
