I have just recently recieve contacts myself so I think I would be the best person to tell you this!.

When you first start out contacts are very hard to handle (put in, take out) You have to adjust your eye not to blink!. People have different technices (don't know if spelt right) My way of putting them in are!.!.!.I put the contact up to the light and I look for the "123" (they mark contacts with this so you can tell if they are the right direction(this may depend on the brand I don't know)) If the "123" is on the outside it means it is inverted the right direction!. If it is in the inside you have to invert them!. Then I put it on my middle or index finger (whatever on I think will do better that day!.) on the opposite side that I am going to put the contact in!. So with your other hand you will grab you eye and raise your eye lashes/lids up, and then you gently touch your eye and put the contact in (it will be fustrating at first because such things will happen like "the contact will stick to your hand" (that means you have to much saline solution on your hand so you dry your hands off) or "you blink every time" (you just got to train yourself not to blink)!. It take practicing to get them in on the first time)

After you get them in!. You barely notice them!. Except that you can see clearly!.

Now taking them out!. Everybody forget that they have to do that sometime!. My technice is with the hand that is on the side you are going to take the contact out you will grab you eye lid/lashes (like when you put them in) and gently grab your contact!. (this is easier but in my opinion didn't like so-much because I had to grab my eye (really the contact) it made me blink everytime!. But this you will catch on really quick

It is not recommended to sleep in your contacts because it can damage your eye!. Or the next morning your eye can be dry and then it will be really hard to get out!. So I would make a routine of taking out the contact!. (Make a sign to remind yourself) Eye doctors do not recommend sleeping in them!. AND YOU SHOULDN'T SLEEP IN THEM!. It will help prevent so many problems!.

Taking care of your contacts well you should change your saline solution everyday after taking out your contacts!. Wash your hands before putting them in so you don't get dirt in them!. Trim your nails so you don't rip your contact until you have the putting them in and taking them out in one try and had your contacts come in!.

This is probably all you need to know but the eye doctor will tell you some more and have you put your contacts in there!.

I greatly recommend them they are the best things that ever happen to me and you will love them!.

Hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is quite easy to wear contacts!. The first time you get them it is pretty hard to put in though, but after that, everything is great and you will love contacts!. They make you look very nice (if you don't like your glasses) and you can't even feel them when they're on!. You can sleep in them but it's better if you don't because your eyes can get dry or they may stick to your eye when it is dry, making it hard to take off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's easy once you get the hang of putting them in and getting them out, which takes about a week to learn to do!.

Don't sleep in them!. It's really not good for your eyes!. I slept in mine once and got conjunctivitis so severe I couldn't close my eyes for hours and hours!. It was incredibly painful!.

Also, if you wear them too long, you can damage your eyes - they get starved of oxygen and so the veins in your eyes grow in strange directions, which can damage your eyesight!.

But if you wear them responsibly they're fabulous!

MM MM Well lets start by saying you need to get use to it!. When you first get it in the store they will help you put them on and test it on you!. Then you need to practice by yourself and just get use to it!.
There is few types of contacts!. Daily ones that you put it on and when you go to sleep or after max 10 hours you take it out and put it in the garbage!.
There is ones you can sleep with but even so im not recommending that, not good for your eyes!.

There Monthly and yearly ones that after you use you need to clean it and put it in a special box for contacts and make sure you have the right kind of solution for them to clean it!.

My opinion get the daily one or (what i do now) save money for a laser (about $5!.000 with a good doctor)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Question: Are you skeeved out when you touch your eye!?
If you're answer is no, then you will have no trouble wearing contacts!. It may take some gettong used to at fist(bloodshot eyes, sneezing) but you will get used to them within two days!.

Don't sleep in them, but if you do, take them out when you wake up, put in eye drops and put the contacts in the antibacterial liquid they will give you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi! Yeah, I greatly recommend contacts!. They're easy to put on once you get used to doing it (which doesn't take long at all)!. They're completely comfortable to wear and you don't even notice them when they're on!.

I sleep with mine on, but everyone else (and I mean this, *everyone*) says that's a bad idea and that they don't do it!. But that's just me, you'll probably want to take them off at night like the rest!.

But otherwise, yeah, they're awesome!. :) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup, contacts is a piece of cake!. Just make sure that they're clean when you put them in!. Preferably don't sleep with them because your eyes will get dry, hence, making it a little more annoying to take them out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes they are completely easy, wouldn't recommend sleeping with them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yah its easy, just be sure you get ones that let your eyes breathe, otherwise they'll b soreWww@Answer-Health@Com
