Hey there,

Well I'm glad you asked, You cannot 'improve' your eyesight!. Technically what you have is an abnormality in your visual function!. So in order to bring your visual function back to normal you wear glasses which makes you perfectly normal, just like everyone else!. If your glasses are making you feel dizzy or you feel strain in your eyes because of them, then you need to go see your Optometrist!. Wearing your glasses is never going to harm your eyes or make them worse!. They are getting worse because that's the way God made you!. I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 years old and I'm 27 now!. So i kinda know how you feel!.

These vision therapy glasses are not for you they aren't going to improve your vision and and better served for people who don't have good vision!. You on the other hand have excellent vision after correction!. If you're tired of your glasses then consider contact lenses!.
Your eyeball is still growing so you need to wait until your mid twenties when your vision stabilizes before you consider anything drastic!. I hope this helps you!. Good luck to ya:) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Watch out!. Below is text from quackwatch!.com from their Eye-Related Quackery article!. "

Several entrepreneurs have marketed "pyramid" or "pinhole" glasses consisting of opaque material with multiple slits or perforations!. The "technology" involved has been known for centuries and was used before glass lenses were invented!. Light passing through a small hole (or holes) is restricted to rays coming straight from the viewed object; these rays do not need focusing to bring them to a point!. Modern promoters claim their products are better than conventional lenses!. Actually, both reduce the focus effort needed to read, but pinhole glasses are much less useful because they restrict contrast, brightness, and the field of view [35]!. Worn as sunglasses, they can even be harmful because the holes allow damaging ultraviolet rays to reach the eye!."
