Help, weird blue light in vision?!

last week I had this blue light that I saw in my vision and it kept on getting bigger!. Kind of like when you look at something very bright except it was blue instead of green!. And it went away after an hour!. So then my dad talked to a doctor that he knew and he said that it isn't something serious and could have been caused by looking at the computer screen for too long (which I do almost the entire day) or a migraine!. But just to be safe do you think that was just normal or could it be serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
