Question: Leaked battery in eye!!!!?
looking through attic and found a pocket reader while opening to see if it had any batteries!.!.it splashed in my eye!.!.i rinsed it well with water!.!.i have no pain or redness should i still consult a doctor!?!?

yes! please go see your doctor the battery acid can and may corrode the layers of your cornea though you are not experiencing any pain just to be on the safe side!. It can have permanent damage to your cornea if you wait!. Though i certainly hope not! GO QUICK! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
|If it is rinsed and you have no pain, swelling etc you should be ok!. I would call the NHS helpline if you are worried!. Can be quicker than seeing a doctor anyways!.

if you had got battery acid in your eyes you'd know about it! i would say it was just some damp from the loft and with washing it out i think u will be fine Www@Answer-Health@Com
battery acid could blind over time!. get to doctor and ask for advice!. your eyes are very sensitive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
