Question: What are some side effects of being in an over-illuminated environment for long periods!?

For eg!. from when I wake up till 3 PM im in school where they think that we have bad eye sight

then at home i spend most of my time on the big bright computer on homework till sleep!.!.!.my eyes are killing me
