Answers:
The "other tests" were done during the eye exam and will be repeated at the check up in two weeks!. They will be checking his eyes to make sure the lenses are not damaging his eyes and he has to wear them for some time before they can do that!. He will not do any permanent damage in two weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your question is difficult to read, but I think I know what are you are asking!. The youngest person I ever knew that wore contacts was 10!. I do not have any problems with a 10 year old wearing contacts!. If your son cares for his lenses and eyes as the doctor has instructed, then he should be fine!.

Some kids are ready for this responsibility at 10 years old and some are not!. My friend was closely monitored by her parents after she got them and if she did not care for them properly, they would have been taken away!. If daily disposable lenses are available in his prescription that may be the best option for him!.

I know my doctor wanted me to wear the contacts for about two weeks and then come back for an evaluation to make sure the contacts fit correctly before finalizing the prescription!. My doctor also does a contact lens check six months after that!. Each doctor is different and has different opinions about how old a person should be before wearing contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I had mine a few months ago I had the eye test and the contacts fiitted!. Then I was given a trial for 2 weeks!. Then when I went back for a review I had to make sure I'd had them in for at least an hour so that they could see how my eyes were doing with them in!.

Wearing lenses too frequently can starve the eye of oxygen which can sometimes lead to complications and a build up of protein on the lense, which is what they check for but I was ok!.

Im sure if your son wears them responsibly and remembers to take them out at night and have breaks from wearing them he will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
