For me personally:
Pros:
Lighter weight
Nothing to slide down your nose or dig into your ears
Don't break or fall off
Improvement in appearance
Great for people active in sports who don't have to worry about broken glasses
No lenses that can fog up or get scratched
Cons:
Expensive solutions
Practice is needed in caring for them or inserting them
Can trap objects under them
It's not always possible to tell which side is facing out
Lenses can tear
They don't provide as much sharpness in vision as glasses
Lenses can absorb toxic fumes
Lenses are very uncomfortable for people with dry eyes
Some people are allergic or sensitive to the materials used to make the lenses
They can contribute to eye infections and corneal ulcers
Contact lenses are more uncomfortable for people who have strong prescriptions because they are thickerWww@Answer-Health@Com
