Question: How can I put on my contacts!?
I went to the optometrist today and I was supposed to try on some contacts lenses, but I just couldn't get them on my eye!. As soon I would even get close I would just close my eyes!.
Just the idea of touching my eyeball!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

TRUST ME PRACTICE AND GET USED TO TOUCHING YOUR EYE BALL WITH YOUR FINGERS!. USUALLY THE INDEX OR MIDDLE FINGER WORK BEST!.ONCE THE CONTACT TOUCHES YOUR EYE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL FROM THE SUCTION OF THE LENSE ADAPTING TO YOUR OWN EYE!. ONCE ON CLOSE YOUR EYE SO YOU CAN ROLL YOUR EYES EITHER UP OR SIDE TO SIDE!.YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL IF ITS IN AS SOON AS YOU OPEN YOUR EYE YOU WILL HAVE A LITTLE BLUR AND AFTER A FEW BLINKS IT CLEARS AND YOUR GOOD TO GO!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What I do is put it down on the white part of my eye first down the bottom of the eye, because its not as sensative, the I get my 2 index fingers and with the eye closed I gently move it up into place, You can feel it a bit when u do it and sometimes it can be a bit uncomforatble, but it doesnt hurt thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

use the middle finger in your left hand to pull the upper lid up and use the middle finger on the right hand to hold your lower lid down!. Then with the 1st finger with the contact, touch your eye!.
If you hold your lids in place, you cant blink!. It helps a lot :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
