omg so i like lost my voice cuz i have a cold and like i talked on the phone from 1130pm-645am and idk how to make it better please help and not talking wont work so i need something else then thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try to avoid cold stuff like ice cream!.!.!.ESPECIALLY ice cream!. Try like hot chicken noodle soup!. Drink hot chocolate, tea, gargle warm salt water, drink medicine for like a cold and stuff like that!. Hope ya get your voice back

When I lost my voice I didnt talk, I just was lying in bed!. Also you can eat hot soups and stuff like that!. But the main thing is to just relax and it will be gone in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are two solutions that've worked best for me!. One is to drink salt water!. That can be kind of gross!. The other suggestion is to just drink a cup of some hot green tea!. It's always worked!. Try it out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
