I find it easiest to put the lens on your middle finger of your dominant hand!. If you put it on your pointer finger, you have to reach to get it in your eye!. With your middle finger, you simply pat in the lens!. Pull down your bottom eyelid with your pointer and ring finger of that same hand, and use the other hand to lift the top eyelid!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

practice!

i remember when I got contacts, like 4 months ago, haha
at first it took me awhile to get them in/take them out, but you'll learn eventually! your eye isn't used to putting something in them, so they react to the contacts, which is why you probably blink so much!.

Make sure you pull your eyelid down, and your upper eyelid up!. And then just insert it in!.
However, the MOST IMPORTANT RULE
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN!. AND FOLLOW YOUR OPTOMETRISTS DIRECTIONS !!!
You have no idea!.
Dirty hands=INFECTIONS!.

Wash your hands, and then make sure your lense is moist!. Then make sure your lense is the correct way up, and then just put it on your finger and insert it in!. Do this by pulling down the skin below your eye with your left hand and then look up!. Then insert the lense on the lower part of your eye with your right pointer finger!. Blink a few times, and it should align itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-hold one contact on your pointer finger
-clean them and then place them on your eye
-tilt your head back so that they role underneath your eyelid
^^ this helps me
