My grandma had surgery to have them removed and I'm pretty sure her eyes were not blue before she had it done!. They were brown!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mother and my father-in-law have both had cataract surgery and neither has changed their eye colour!. They're both in their 80s too!. Ask your grandma, maybe hers didn't change either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
