Answers:
You need to get used to them!. Your optometrist should have told you that on your first day wear them for 1-2 hours on the first day, then for each day after that increase the initial time by another hour!.

Try pouring the lens and solution out of the case into a cupped hand (the one that you will use to put the lens into your eye!.) This will leave some solution on the inside of the lens that will act as a cushion!. Otherwise try using a drop of solution directly onto the lens, or eye drops compatible with contacts (either on the lens itself or into the eye with the lens in it)

If you're still having this problem up until your after care consultation, the optometrist may have to suggest another course of action!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The lens might be inside-out!. If you look very, very closely, you will see that the edge of the lens is slightly tapered!. When the lens is inside-out, if you set it on your finger and look side-on at the edge, it will flare out slightly!. That's the "wrong way"!. Flip it both ways and you will be able to see the difference!.

From what you describe, i!.e!. "sort of uncomfortable", it doesn't sound like dust or lint on the lens!. Debris on the lens would be more intolerable as it would be irritating the highly sensitive cornea (the clear surface of the eyeball)!. Having the lens inside out would just irritate the inside of your eyelid which is considerably less sensitive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take it out and put it back in, when you put it back in roll your eyes around in different ways so the contact can get on your pupil, but if it still is uncomfortable then look in the mirror and adjust it til it feels better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Move it around with your finger, or put some drops in themWww@Answer-Health@Com
