Answers:
No, computers do not make your vision worse!. Your vision is determined by the size and shape of your eye and these change as you grow!. They do not change in response to light coming from a computer screen (or TV screen or dimly-lit book for that matter)!.

Computer use can cause eyestrain, headaches, or fatigue!. To avoid these: take breaks at least every 20 minutes, keep your eyes lubricated (use rewetting drops if needed), have adequate room lighting, and have your screen at least arm's length away, further if possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine hasn't changed for 40 years & last check my eyes are actually getting better!. When I first started wearing contacts 40 years ago my strength was 5!.0 now 3!.5

They say contacts will keep your eye site in check better than glasses!. I do a lot of computer work also & hasn't hurt my eyes @ all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Every year my eyes get significantly worse and I spend a couple of hours a day on my computer!.

I've been wearing glasses since second grade!.

Try moving further from your screen if you're really worried, but it really hasn't changed anything for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes- if you use glasses for distance, remove them when you are at the computer to help avoid eyestrain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
