Yes it is- you should take regular breaks when you are at the computer every 20-30 minutes or so to give your eyes a rest and to prevent or reduce eyestrain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Computers can cause eyestrain, fatigue, or headaches, but that's about the worst of it!. There are no studies that actually show computer usage causing permanent vision changes!. To reduce eyestrain, take frequent breaks, keep your eyes lubricated, have your monitor at least arm's length away, and have adequate room lighting!. I suggest you make an appointment with an eye doctor for the blurred vision and halos!. It is normal for your eyes to change as you grow in your teens, and you may need glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes your parents is right, i wish to inform people and tell people the truth, spending a lot of time on the will affect your vision, that is a fact, observe yourselves, sometime we forget to eat, a lot of time we breath lesser, we are not taking full breath but short ones!. Our brain need oxygen, our brain and eye needs the most oxygen, once we are breathing enough these things do happen, (observe yourselves)

our eye is doing to much work, when on the computer, observe- we forget to blink, you are looking at the monitor without blinking for hour's!.

if your vision is becoming blurry it's the body trying to tell you something, something you should change,

when we feel hungry we eat, the body is telling us something,
when we get burnt we feel pain, as to cut we feel the same,
when cut our body heals it over time,
our body is smart, smarter than any technology in the world,
for did you know, no technology can compare to our body,

so most part of our body heal it self, the optometry world is telling us our eye is different, it can't heal from shortsightedness, longsighted and double vision,

what I'm telling you is our eye is no different, i has the ability to heal it self, but the glasses industry is making load's of money fooling people that eye can't heal it self!.

if you take care of your eye and treat it well, it will heal it self and you will not need glasses,

do not be fool by the eye doctor's, they are their to make a living, not there to cure you, if you study further in this field you will know, a lot of health care professional is stealing candy's from kids, believe me in what i said, i have seen enough rubbish in the health industry, they are making money from people by not teaching them on how to prevent the problem first,
think it this way, if they teach you how to prevent it, what money will they make!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? not much!!!!!!

here's the websites - http://www!.cleareyesight!.info
or if you want to spend money use eyerelax, eyepower from japan, eye exercise device from china or accommotrac - http://www!.accommotrac!.com/ - http://www!.roffereyecare!.com/
http://www!.eyecollege!.com/

http://web!.singnet!.com!.sg/~hanwen/nvifaq!.!.!.

of cause if you really have problems go see a doctor', but from time to time think of alternative, if there is a alternative would it be better

i wish all the best for people, as i wish to give what i can to people so they can have a good health

our friend here stated "There are no studies that actually show computer usage causing permanent vision changes!."
