I can't take one of my contacts out...WHAT I SHOULD DO?!

Question: I can't take one of my contacts out!.!.!.WHAT I SHOULD DO!?
Answers:
make sure it is still in your eye first,
If it is, calm down!. It's very hard to get contacts out when frustrated!.
Sit down for a while to calm down and let your eyes relax so you wont be irritating them so much!. Now after that, look in the mirror, look at your eye, take your pointer finger and thumb and touch your eye!. Grab onto the contact and take it out!. If you still can't, try just moving the contact around with your pointer finger ad watch it moving!. After that, try again!. If you get frustrated, then stop for awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
