Why are my eyes having trouble focusing?!

Question: Why are my eyes having trouble focusing!?
Here's the problem:

Recently, I was taking a standardized test!. I was focused on the test for around fifteen minutes and then glanced up at the clock to check the time!. My eyes took literally a few minutes to focus enough for me to be able to read the hands on the clock!.

This happens quite often from shifting my eyes from near to far objects and vice versa!. From a movie to my phone, from a book to a person in the room, etc!. Any help on why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It is very likely that you have "latent hyperopia"!. It basically means that you are have hyperopia (far-sightedness) that has not been diagnosed nor treated!. When you have hyperopia, your eyes are too weak!. But you can compensate that refractive error by focusing your eyes!. Depending on the degree of hyperopia, most patients will have a harder time transitioning from different distances since the eye muscle that does the focusing is never given an opportunity to rest and can fatigue over time!. The symptoms would be a slightly more difficult time reading at near than distance!. A visit to your local optometrist will help diagnose the severity of your condition!. Glasses or contact lenses will definitely help relax your eyes and reduce the severity of your symptoms!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, i have the same problem!.
my eyes see two different pictures so i have a hard time focusing on things!. it especially hard for me too read!.
my eye doctor gave me glasses(they dont help that much, i just have blurry vision)
and then told me after evey 15 minutes look at a VERY far object for 20 seconds!. and then you can go back to what you are doing!.
you probabky have the same problem as me!. but im no doctor so i would go see one if i were you just to make sure!.

wish the best!.

Maybe you should get your eyes checked!. It could just be you were focusing really intently and just looked away too fast!. I'd still get them checked though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you have mono-vision which is when one eye is seeing far while the other is seeing nearWww@Answer-Health@Com
