Reusing weekly contacts?.....?!

Question: Reusing weekly contacts!?!.!.!.!.!.!?
I'm on a tight budget these days & I need to get my contacts!.
I know it may be bad, but do you think reusing my bi-weekly contacts is going to cause eye problems!? & when I mean 'reusing', I mean disinfecting them every few days to make sure there won't be any bacteria building up!.

Is it possible to do that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey there, NO its not possible to do that!. Its like using outdated medicines!. Lenses are made for the purpose of lasting only a certain period, that's why there are so many different types!. The biweekly lenses are meant to be used for two weeks the polymers that make them useful for two weeks do not last much longer than that after opening!. If you put yourself at risk by wearing them longer you could have complications of decreased wearing time, infections, or redness and irritation!. What you need to do to save money is go back to the optometrist's office and get yearly changing lenses or you could always wear your spectacles!. I feel like you're going to do what you want at this point, so at least be sure to disinfect them every day if you do decide to put yourself in risk!. I hope this helps, God bless you:) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course overwearing contacts causes problems!. Things like dry eye, red eye, serious infections, giant papillary conjunctivitis, corneal neovascularization, corneal abrasions and ulcers, the inability to wear contacts ever again, and blindness!. That is why the lenses are tested and approved for only a certain amount of time!. After this time, protein will build up in the lens and the material will start to degrade!. And your lenses should be cleaned and disinfected every day to remove debris, protein, and pathogens!.

Overwearing contacts now may save you some money, but it will cost you a lot more in the end!. I suggest looking for some rebate deals and checking different websites for low prices!. If you still can't afford the lenses, I suggest wearing your glasses until you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
