Wear glasses while playing on computer?!
Question: Wear glasses while playing on computer!?
I'm short sightedness(difficulty seeing far) and a gamer!. I only wear my glasses when i find it necessary, but my mom keeps on bugging me to wear my glasses when im on the computer or other stuff!. Please i want a non-bias awnser if i should wear my glasses when im on the computer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm short sighted and I've never seen the point in wearing glasses to look at a screen right in front of me!. I use a computer all day and have done so for years and never had any problem!. I have tried glasses and just found the reflections off the lenses slightly distracting and there was absolutely no benefit!. You can't see the screen any better if it's already in focus for you!. For anything that involves looking at stuff further away then it may make sense to wear them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok so i am nearsighted too and i don't wear glasses any more!. I wear contacts and they are great!. But when I wore glasses I didn't wear them when I was on the computer!. It is really up to you and how good you see!. I have kind of bad eyesight so I wore them sometimes or pulled the screen closer!. I would say YES!. Wear them because they can only make your eyesight better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no u do not need to wear glasses while on the computer and stuff!. that can actually do more damage to ur eye than good!. only wear ur glasses when necessary!. if u dont find this answer helpful do some research or ask ur eye doctor!. best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
