Contact lens removal?!

Presuming you use soft contact lenses, you should use your thumb and forefinger to grip the sides of the contact lense!. If you struggle to do it this way, don't be afraid of touching the whites of your eyes- they are insensitive to pain!.

Pinch it with your fingers and apply a little pressure to it!. It normally takes me a few tries to get it right but you'll get it eventually!.

Be careful that you don't fold it or move it into a corner, it really hurts!.

Also be careful that you don't drop it when you take it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
