Disadvantages or health risks of contact lenses?!

Question: Disadvantages or health risks of contact lenses!?
Are there any disadvantages to having contact lenses!?

Do they cause any long-term damage to the eye, like scratching them or messing them up somehow!?

Answers:
No!. Just follow the precautions given to you by your optometrist and you should be fine!. They can sometimes dry up and get itchy and annoying but contact lenses won't damage your eyes!. Glasses on the other hand make your eyeballs bulge out and after a couple years with glasses your eyes can look big!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, there is the potential for problems with contact lenses!. They can increase your risk for eye infections, especially if you don't properly clean them!. If you wear them too long, they don't allow your corneas to "breathe' and that can lead to corneal ulcers!. Other things that can happen are that they can absorb smoke and toxic fumes!. They are not good for people with dry eyes because contact lenses absorb all the moisture produced and that results in pain and irritation!. In general, contact lenses are safe but they do have their risks and people should be aware of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Now a days contact are perfectly fine!. Just about everyone wears them!. They have been around long enough so all the bugs have been fixed!. And there are still improving them!. I have wore contact for 14years and haven't had any problems!. No infecting or eye irritation!. You shouldn't have any worries, as long as you care for them properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Contact lenses take a while to get used to!. Having to place something into your eyes evreyday can be rather scary!. Also, when i first got mine, I had a funny feeling in my eyes evreytime i blinked!. But overall, worth getting!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm!.!.!.I've never heard of any health risks about contact lenses!. I dunno if they actually scratch your eyes!. My best bet is glasses! Or if your prefer not and would like to be the same (if you never wore glasses), check with your optometrist!. He or she may help you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
