This really depends on the individual!. My brain takes a long time to get accustomed to eyeglasses!. I used to get really sick and dizzy when I first started wearing eyeglasses!. My doctor recommended contacts because they have less image distortion and are easier to get accustomed to!.
If you are having issues with a higher prescription, you may want to go back to the doctor and get an undercorrected one!. Your eye doctor should be able to work with you on this one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends how greater the strength is!. I had the same problem but by wearing my spectacles more often each day, my eyes gradually began to adjust to them!. But if you find you can't even walk or that things look overwhelming, then maybe you need a second opinion to make sure that you have the correct prescription!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
