How do you take a contact lens out of your eye?!
Question: How do you take a contact lens out of your eye!?
I'm getting contacts in a few weeks and I was just wondering how you take them out!.!.!. Please be detailed, I can be kind of slow sometimes!.!.!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure to wash your hands before you do this!. If your contacts are dry, put a drop or two of your rewetting drops or multipurpose solution in to get them moist again!. Sometimes I find that rubbing my eyes just a little beforehand helps!. Gently pull down your bottom eyelid with your middle finger and, at the same time, use your pointer finger to gently slide the contact downward until it "pops" off!. Once it does this, you can gently pinch it and remove it from your eye!. I am assuming that you will be getting soft contacts!.

You can either pinch them out, lightly touch the edeges of the lens with your thumb and finger, then pinch being careful not to actually touch your eye, you'll feel the lens come away from your eye!. As you take your hand from your eye, bring the thumb and finger together if you think you are going to drop the lens (otherwise if you really are going to drop it you could loose it)!. When the lens is out follow the cleaning instructions given to you!.
Or you could slide the lens out!. Put you index finger on the centre of the lens, then slide the lens to the corner of your eye as you blink, this will also cause the lens to lift!.
If your getting RPGs, use one hand to pull you're eyelid to the side with the other hand cupped under the eye, blink this should release the lens!. There is another method to take out RPGs but I'm not sure how to do that!.

Your fitter will explain and demostrate how and watch while you do it several times!. He or she will also provide you with detailed information about how to care for your lenses!.
