Question: Eye strain from computer!?
I work with computers all day long and have eye strain and headaches from it!. Is there anything a person can do to minimize this!? special glasses or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

optical shops can make Rx or plain glasses for computer glare, sometimes you can find them in Rite aid or Walgreens, near the pharmacy or reader glasses are, I have some, they are great!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try taking breaks every now and again!. This means looking far away for about a minute to let your eyes relax!.
Your eyes could be dry because we blink less when we use a computer!. Try an eye drop for dry eyes like systane!. You can get this at the chemist!.
If you are getting double vision or blur or the above two options don't work, you should see an optometrist because you may need glasses for computer!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
