Instead of a case!? Only if the bag is clean!.!. only use it once and only use it for a short while (like overnight)!.
If you have a different prescription for each eye (most of us do), you'll need 2 baggies - one for each lens!. Make sure you mark the bags L/R so you don't mix them up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose if the baggies were clean and only used one time, you could use them in pinch!. Never, ever, ever use water though!. You can get a very serious eye infection from acanthamoeba!. Always use a multipurpose contact lens solution, changing it after every use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes ive tried that and also when i go to sleep overs and forget to bring my case all you do is get a clean plastic baggie and put water in it and keep it in the fridge simple as that :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
