it is not a cataract!. a cataract forms in the lens of your eye!. You have an iris nevus, or basically a freckle on your iris!. It is caused by sunlight and usually harmless!. However you should go to the opthalmologist and make sure its not any kind of cancer!. They wull probably take pictures of it over a period of time and make sure it doesn't grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure, but it could be the beginning of a cataract!. This could be from exposure to ultra violet light, trauma, hypertension or diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
