Question: My dad thinks his myopia is getting better!? Is this possible!?

No if you have myopia it will not better but it can be corrected with glasses, once you have myopia it just does not get better it can get worse,
It is possible that he could have presbyopia this does happen with age what happens is the elasticity of the crystalline lens curvature and the loss of the ciliary muscle tends to straighted due to the loss of elasticity which can make thing seem blurry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be Second Sight, Its when an immature cataract has formed allowing him better focus!. Take a flash light to his eyes, and put the light at an angle, if you see any greyish tinge its a cataract!.
Umm should you worry!? Yes and no, cataracts are harmless all they do is ruin your vision over time!. and 90% of people over 70 get it!. If his family runs a history of early cataract than its normal!.
You can get it easily removed and replaced with an artifical lens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, as you get older, your eyes will change!. Myopia just means that he's near sighted!. As you age, you will become more far sighted (this is why you see so many middle aged people wearing bifocals and holding dinner menus out at arm's length)!. So in that sense, yes, his myopia is getting better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
