One thing it can be is almost like a healing bruise on your eye!. Its just where a blood vessel has been damaged and is repairing itself!.
Though if it doesn't go away, it is probably a fatty degenerate buildup!. If this is recent try putting eye drops in so harder calcium fibres dont form!. This wouldn't affect your eyesight but an eye doctor could give more information!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
