Question: Need a new pair of eyeglass lenses, can I keep my frames!?
I need new lenses, but can't afford new frames now and love my current pair!. Do the eyeglass places let you hold onto the frames, or do they have some creative way of scamming you into an expensive new pair of frames!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can keep the frames and just get new lenses, however some places will only replace lenses in frames that *they* originally sold you!.!.!.!.i'd go back to the same place you got them, or shop around - don't let anyone scam ya!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If your old lenses are not broken and it is ok with the old frame, you can keep that frame with lenses as a additional one!. (If u dont have much difference in power from old lense to now)
See in my case, I have -4!.5 in both eyes!. So I wont feel without specs!.
So I use to keep my old lenses with frame!. If my current frame or lenses get broken, I can use that old specs as a additional!.!.!.!.

They usually let you keep the frames, since they really only need to replace the lenses!. I once brought in a pair of frames that I bought for really cheap at a different place and just had the lenses put in, and there was no issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm pretty sure that you don't have to buy frames especially if you go to a place that sells the same frame that you have!. I have been to the Optometrist because my vision got worse, and kept the same frames and bought new lenses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
