I am short sighted and was wondering are there any natural ways to improve my eye sight I know eating carrot helps but what else is there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carrots won't help either, that is just a silly myth!.
No foods or diets, or excercises are going to reverse your short sightedness!.
The shape of your eye is what controls your vision, and that can't be changed with vitamins!.
I'm afraid you are stuck with glasses and/or contacts like millions of others!. Laser surgery may be an option once you get to your early 20's, but that's about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm short-sighted, too!. And unfortunately, there's no natural eye treatments apart from glasses or contact lenses, carrots don't make a difference!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
