NO NO NO NO NO NO it does not impair your vision, all it does it create strain and make your eye tired if long hours on computer, then your vision start to blur, blur is not a vision impair it's just telling you to rest, but it will never impair your vision!.
what really impair our vision is glasses, but it's not the whole truth as well, if you only, i mean only and only use glasses for 6m distance or 20 feet, then it will not impair vision, but if you start using glasses for thing closer than 6m or 20 feet then see your happy eye get worse over time!.
glasses is made for one distance and one distance only that's why people wearing glasses vision gets worse, worse and worse, because it's impossible in our daily life to only only look at things that are only 6m away or further, it's impractical,
