First of all, I am aware they won't improve my vision but I want to take a break from wearing my glasses now and then so I am just wondering!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, they won't worsen your vision, but they can be hard on the knees, because you can only see straight ahead while wearing them, and a very limited view also!.So you are liable to be bumping into coffee tables!.!.!.lol
I hope you aren't thinking of wearing those to replace your glasses!. You can't really walk around much with those silly things on!.

However, if you have a valid prescription, why don't you go on line and order a cheap pair of glasses with heavy plastic frames for falling asleep in!. It doesn't matter how nerdy looking they are, since you'll only use them at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
