Answers:
these prescription is for distance or reading
distance you need to prescribe a pair of glasses accordingly as for reading you can try ready made reading glasses at +0!.75

I don't know how old you are, nor do I know what your complaint was when you had your eyes examined!. Assuming that you are somewhere near 40 years old and that you are having some difficulty reading things that are close to you, there is a good chance that the reading glasses available on racks in grocery, drug, warehouse club or department stores will meet your needs!. You should try the lowest power available - usually written as +1!.00 or +1!.25!. Try them out!. If they help, then you're good-to-go!. There is a small amount of focusing error called astigmatism that the glasses will not clear up, but that's probably not the major reason for your difficulty up close!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A fair number of people under 40 wouldn't bother turning that into an Rx: its minimal, unless you have definite eye-strain symptoms (some are more sensitive to small Rx's than others!.)

No, a ready-made pair of reading glasses would be unlikely to suit!.
Even a +1!.00 Rx would be over-the-top, unless you spend hours jewelery-making or similar
(when they could be handy for someone with no standard Rx at all!)

edit: If 40 or over, +1!.00, or 1!.25 ready-mades for closework might well be useful, and would do no harm!.
