Answers:
If possible, see if you can work with a polygraph operator at your local police department, and an optometrist, for the most accurate results!. If you can't do this, don't worry; the experiment is still possible!. Either way, only ask control questions - nothing incriminating - for the comfort of your subjects!.

The best way to do this would be to attach a clear ruler (one that measures millimetres) to a clamp, then put the clamp on a shelf or other surface that is at the subject's eye level when sitting down!. Do the experiment indoors and in a medium lighting to allow the pupil to dilate and contract!. Have yourself, any observers and the subject remain in one place in the room to avoid disturbing the light, as that will affect pupil size!.

If you can, use a room with no windows so that changes in cloud cover will not affect the experiment, and make sure that the bulbs in the fixture are new!. Be sure to allow a few minutes for the subject's eyes to adjust to the lighting in the room before conducting the experiment!.

It might be hard to get an instantaneous pupil response because people always look to the left when they lie, so have the subject wait a few seconds before speaking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanted to be precise, you should get a tripod and take a continuous shoot of a person while they're lying!. Then upload the photos on a computer, and measure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask someone to keep saying random things about themselves and observe their pupil and guess whether it's a lie or not!. Write down how many times you got it right based on the size of the pupil!. Good luck with your project!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm, don't know but that would be interesting!.!.!.
I know it dilates when you are attracted to something or someone as an indirect result of increased tension and faster heart rate!.!.!.these could be symptoms too when you're lying so could be!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
