What kind of pain is it!? Throbbing, sharp, shooting, etc!? Pain is a symptom and a vague one to diagnose often!. The most obvious "answer" may be irritation or inflammation of your sinus (unilateral sinusitis--meaning one-sided inflammation of your sinus!. Does it hurt if you bend over for a few seconds and then raise your head!? This could also suggest sinusitis!.
If the pain is not severe and there is no fever (greater than 100 F) or no other symptoms, give it a few days!. If not resolved, see a physician!. Also, does glaucoma run in your family!? It would take an awfully high intraocular pressure to cause pain, and if it was that high, you'd be in agony most likely!.
My primary guess is some sinus irritation!. Try some saline nasal spray (yes, nose spray!--your eyes ears, nose, and throat are all connected!. You may also want to try saline eye drops!.
