Question: Why does my eye twitch!!?
sometimes at random times i feel one of my eyes twitching a little, i look into the mirror to see it twitch but i cant even see it twitching, my friends claim that they get it sometimes too!.

This is called a Blepharospasm!.
It is a muscle fasciculation caused by reduced threshold for nerve firing!.
The most common triggers are sleep deprivation, emotional stress and systemic illness!.
Rarely certain neurological medications can cause Blepharospasm as a side effect!.
It is not dangerous or harmful Blepharospasms usually resolve when the underlying cause is relieved!.
Try getting 8 good hours of sleep for 1 full week!. I bet it will improve!.

I don't know what it is exactly, but it happens to everyone on occasion!. It's just an involuntary twitch!. Once I got them for like a week straight and I thought I had like, a tumor or was going to have an aneurysm!. I seriously called my doctor!. He questioned my habits and said it was from a repeated lack of sleep!. He was totally right!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I do it sometimes too!.
Usually for me it is caused by wind hitting my eyes and sun!.
Try wearing some dark sunglasses, it helped for me!.
