Question: My contacts make my eyes dry, is there a way to make my eyes more moist naturally!?
my contacts dry out my eyes and make them red after I wear them for only a few hours and I need to wear them because my eyesight is seriously bad, but my glasses are broken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take fish oil caps or flax seed oil caps!. My eye doctor told me that flax seed is best it gives more natural moisture for you eyes!. You can use ground flax seed in with flour when baking!. you should try to use renu whenever your eyes are dry, but if this problem keeps happening then i think you should go to your eye doctor and see what he says because i wear monthly contacts and they don't bother me at all, but i know someone who use to wear contacts and they kept getting pink eye from it and you don't want that to happenWww@Answer-Health@Com
