I had -3!.50 in April 2008 and now I have -2!.00 and I intend to continue until I no longer need glasses!. I've been practicing the De Angelis method which consists of a few exercises for the eye muscles and a special reading technique that gradually increase your eyesight!.
It's quite different from the old Bates method and much more effective!.
It takes time and patience and if you're looking for something quick and easy, then it's not for you!.
You can practice it at home and all you need to know is contained in the book!. I don't know the English title because I read it in my own language but I know there's an English translation!. If you use keywords such as "De Angelis " and "myopia" (or "nearsightedness") you should be able to find it at Amazon!.com or other online bookstores!.
As usual with those methods they are always laughed at by eye doctors, opticians, etc!. They are not even considered by science and I suppose the reason is that they can't be turned into a profitable business
Personally I don't believe in methods that cure eyesight through the mind ( meditation, relaxation and so on)!.
During the past eight months I worked hard to improve my eyesight and I'm sure I wouldn't have achieved anything through meditation or wet grass!.

Try doing eye exercises or the Bates method (you need to be committed and do them for 15-30minutes daily if you want to see results) if you want to improve your eyesight!. Also remove your distance glasses and take regular breaks whenever you do close work like reading or computer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Unfortunately no (all those remedies are old wivesstories)!. I f you choose laser to correct your defect, you have to be at least 18 and the refractive error must be stable eg: your power has to be the same at least for 1 year!.
