"Using too much" Means straining your eyes by always looking at or reading something, especially TV / computer screens
Yeah you can inherit everything from your parents lol

One way is when the doctor cut's into your eye seven times and isn't successful in fixing it!. Then gives up and basically tells you you're screwed!.
But no seriously, there are soo many things that can affect it but a lot can do with heredity!. But most times depending on whats going on it can be corrected or close to corrected with contacts or glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
