Recently acquired eye problems similar to dilation-drop effect?!

Question: Recently acquired eye problems similar to dilation-drop effect!?
what could this mean!? I've seen a dr about minor halos, glare, blur, and starburst effect I get from light sources!. I've got an awful dry eye problem that began right before the light sensitivity began!.!.!.the light sensitivity is worse at night but noticable in the day too and I've been told not to wear contacts anymore because of dry eyes though my perscription is not the issue!.!.!. I had several tests including an OCT and the typical check for glaucoma, cataracts, and proper eye pressure!.!. However, for those tests my eyes were dilated, and that simply multiplies the problems I'm having so they don't see anything out of the ordinary in the tests!. Does anyone know what might be going on!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Corneal swelling due to contact lens wear, dry eyes, or other causes is usually what causes light sensitivity with hazy vision and the other symptoms you describe!. If the problem does not improve with discontinuing your contact lens wear and using lubricant eye drops 4 times per day then seek further opinion, perhaps from a corneal specialist ophthalmologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dry eye syndrome can cause all of this!. Go and see another doctor and get another opinion!. You might need Rx drops like restasis or something else that only a doctor would know!. Really, See another doctor and find out if they think the same thing as the other one!. If you have been told NOT to wear your contacts for a while, then follow the directions of the doctor!. with your dry eye syndrome you are expecting every thing to be good all the time -- during investigation processes the pupil could have been dilated and the effect of the could have persisted little more and you have not told your doctor ruled out all possibility of added infection of your dry eye and also peculiarly you have not followed the treatment Www@Answer-Health@Com
