Answers:
Rimless is not the ideal approach for that Rx, if you want to make your glass thickness as unobtrusive as possible!.

A thin metal frame either in bright silver or a strong colour can draw attention away from the lenses themselves without looking too heavy in its own right!.

Go for the smallest roundest lenses *that suit you*
Big,and rectangular (with that long resulting diagonal), makes the lenses thicker at the edge for a given Rx
(exception: *very* shallow rectangular, if the style suits, is not as bad as deep rectangular and can give a sharp look to glasses!.)

If you think the overall appearance of rimless outweighs the lens thickness, there is no technical reason it can't be done!.

High index lenses won't show much benefit at that Rx, unless the lenses are very large, and rimless should normally have polycarbonate anyway!. Many of the highest index lenses are relatively brittle, and not ideal for rimless mounts!.

Such is the sensible advice!. Such is the world, not infrequently sheer fashion has the last word, however inadvisable and impracticable!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, in a rimless frame the thickness will always show more than with a full frame!.

But if the frame is small, and you have polycarb lenses, it won't look bad , unless any thickness showing at all bothers you!.

If your eyes are fairly well centered in the frame, most of the edge thickness will be cut off!. So a small frame choice is important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
