What could be causing my eyes to be red?!
Question: What could be causing my eyes to be red!?
It's been going on for a week now, started off slowly, then they were really red!. I got some Visine and it helps clear them for a while but they go back to slightly being red!. I noticed the other nite i drank wine it cleared my eyes!. They're not itchy really and i do wear contacts!. I dont believe it's them bc then i'd be using rewetting drops all the time, which i dont!. So what could it be!? What could i use before i see an optometrist!.!.!. IF i need to see one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

badly maintained face and eye lids --at least once in a day have a face wash with soap and water and clean with a good to well--your eye doctor is best person to decide the course of treatmentWww@Answer-Health@Com
It might be pink eye, which is a very contagious condition and requires antibiotics to clear it up!. it also could be allergies, eye strain, lack of sleep, or stress!. In any case, you could probably see your regular physician for it to be checked!. Although the optometrist might be able to help, your regular physician would probably have a better grasp on what could be the cause and how to treat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
