Question: I just laser done to a thinning part of my retina!.!.can I go to the gym today!?
I just had an eye exam, and had laser to tack down a part of my retina for preventative measures!.!.!.The eye Dr!. is closed and I forgot to ask if I could workout!? I'm assuming it's ok, but I wanted to know if I could carry on my normal daily activities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After a laser procedure I think you are not supposed to lift any thing heavy or exert yourself physically!. This can raise the pressure in your eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
