Question: My eye becomes lazy when I'm drunk, why!?
No bull, when I drink alot my eye seems to become lazy!. I can't find any medical sites to answer my question for free so I thought Id see if someone with a similar situation could enlighten me, or a doctor(though I doubt there would be one checking out yahoo answers)
Does this mean anything!? I've always kind of had a feeling that the eye that goes lazy was somehow weaker than the other or strained, but it looks normal!. Occasionally I do have trouble focusing my vision, and things double up!. I however do not suffer from terribly frequent headaches!. And since this has been happening since high school, and I drink alot the other symptoms could be psychological!.

You could have an intermittent exotropia (an eye that occasionally drifts out) that is well controlled when you're rested and not drinking!. Probably nothing serious if it doesn't bother you!. It sounds like it's not new either!.
Your best bets- be rested, don't drink, and see an ophthalmologist if it gets worse and bothers you a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I too used to have this problem and to my amazement I found a very simple cure, no drugs or therapy were involved!.
